Mark Youngquist Senior Vice President / Leasing & Development

Mark W. Youngquist is currently the Senior Vice President of Altus Properties LLC. He handles all the leasing, marketing and development of the Altus Portfolio. Mark has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, representing both landlords and tenants in lease and sale negotiations. A few of his achievements include listing over 8,000,000 sq. ft. of industrial and office properties, developing a 120-acre business park in Brooklyn Park, MN and negotiating nearly 1,000 new and renewal transactions over his career.
 
Mark’s commercial real estate career began in 1996 with R.L. Johnson Investment Company, serving as a Leasing Representative (1996 – 1997), Duke Realty Corp as a Senior Leasing Representative (1997 – 2005), YCR Group as Principal (2005 – 2008).  He is a member of NAIOP and is a CCIM candidate.
 
Mark graduated from Hamline University with a double major in business and political science.
