Ken Smith Manager - Construction Services

Ken is the Manager of Construction Services for Altus Properties, LLC. He oversees all construction activities including design review, subcontractor solicitation and selection, budgeting and project management of tenant and capital improvement projects for the Altus Properties portfolio.
               
His direct involvement with each project, from the earliest stages through completion, ensures that every project meets and exceeds the high standards expected on every Altus Properties project. Ken brings nearly fourteen years of construction and general contracting experience to his current position.  He brings a wealth of knowledge in field management, contract administration, permitting, design and coordination to each project.

Ken’s experience includes a variety of projects from single and multi-story office buildings and office tenant finishes, as well as retail centers and retail tenant finishes.  He has also assisted with multiple land development projects and new multi-family developments. 

Ken has worked on numerous tenant finish projects ranging from basic retail spaces to high end professional offices.  He works closely with clients from the design stage through completion, and prides himself on building relationships with clients to ensure the timely completion of the projects.  He strives to provide a quality project that stays on budget, while guaranteeing the complete satisfaction of the client.
