Peter Gray Director - Capital Markets

Peter is responsible for portfolio strategy and capitalization.   Peter assists evaluating potential transactions with an emphasis on the financial elements.  

Prior to joining Altus, Peter was formerly at Panattoni Development Company, Inc.,  covering approximately one billion dollars of assets across multiple markets from St. Louis to Virginia to New York, intimately involved with every facet of an asset’s lifecycle from acquisition, development, leasing and stabilization, asset management, and disposition.    

Peter began his career in investment banking at Banc America Securities, LLC in 1997 after graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor’s Degree with a double major in Economics and German.  Peter is also a graduate from Olin School of Business, Washington University with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
