Kelly J. Diehl, CCIM, RPA Chief Operating Officer

Kelly is responsible for supervision of operations and portfolio management. She implements the business plan for each asset through disciplined financial reporting and analysis, lease negotiation and administration, quality control functions, and strategic planning. She has a successful record of maximizing asset value and delivering measurable returns for developers and owners since 1990.

Kelly was formerly Senior Vice President, Principal for Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, responsible for the Real Estate Management Services Division for the St. Louis market. In this position, Kelly led the strategy and direction of a division which managed over 15 million square feet of third-party commercial product. This included supervision of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker’s various divisions including design, construction, engineering, brokerage, and management.

Kelly graduated from Southern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. She also has the designations of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Real Property Administrator (RPA). She is a Past President of the St. Louis Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
